Just a small update because why not.

I haven't been posting as much because I've been crazy busy for the past 2ish weeks, but now I have time to do things again! Except... I got my shot today and damn does my arm ever hurt, It'll probably only be worse for the next day or so, but whatever x) Anyways, the real thing I wanted to mention, I have one more thing I have to post here then I think I'll limit it to one piece a week for a while (maybe even share some older art). I have some other non-newgrounds related ventures I want to put more time and energy into... but I'll still be around.

So yeah. I'm just so appreciative of all the love I've gotten here :D Thanks for the support as always!

I have about a dozen unanswered messages in my inbox and I just wanted to say something about it if you're expecting a reply. I'm not ignoring you, I'm just a little overwhelmed due to anxiety. Shoulda mentioned before, but I'm not exactly the easiest person to talk to. I'm replying to them... slowly... so yeah, sorry for being dumb.

Heya, hope y'all are having a good weekend so far. Just wanted to share a lil progress on Otto's progress if anyone is remotely interested... I decided to make him a german shepard + add a few more small details like buttons and pockets. Anyways, I'm like 70% done the lines & colouring, then I need to animate him. When I'm finished I want to make some kind of tutorial on how I did things because I think it's sorta neat! I don't like to set deadlines, but I think I'll be done by monday, hopefully! I'm really excited to see him finished and share him here!

Otto sprite progress

Finished the sketches for Ottos idle animation & down, left, right, up! I had no idea it was so easy to make these lil funky animations. Basically, it's 5 frames for idle and 8 frames for directional. Pretty neat, huh? Now I just have to line & colour this cool dude.

Casper & Ripley sprites

These two are yet to be animated, but I definitely will be making full sprite sets for them. They are my OCs from a story I've been working on for several years, and I hope to post more about them here! Gonna start out with these for now, though.

Idk if I will ever be able to make an actual mod with any of these since I lack the programming & musical skill, but nevertheless they are fun to make!

Thanks for 20 followers, everyone! Honestly, I really appreciate it ❤ That's over twice as much as I have on Twitter, and I've been there much longer (I'm actually taking a break from there rn because it's so exhausting and hard to grow as an artist).

Anyways, I've been kinda quiet here because a raffle I held on Instagram just ended & I've been drawing the winners prizes. But I'm slowly working on a few fun projects at the moment that'll be posted here when I finish them! I actually fucked up my arm & wrist over the weekend, sooo... yeah. Just trying to work through that pain haha.

I've been sketching lots of stuff since I got my new drawing tablet last week, so I thought I would post some of my favs! I have tons more, but these ones are the ones I'm most interested in finishing.

Sorry about the giant, obnoxious watermark. Late last year I kept getting my art stolen and I'm pretty sick of dealing with immature art thieves, so now I watermark all my art.

FNF Character Concepts!

Fist off here's some FNF character concepts. They are all animals haha. I really would love to make a mod, but I don't know a thing about programming. The most I could do would be to animate them and MAYBE do music. I've never composed any music before, but I would love to give it a try. Here's some snippets about the characters:

DJ Talon

• Possibly a sparrow, songbird, or hawk.
• Music style is electronic (think Daft Punk or Justice), vocals are various electronic bird chirps.
• Singing animations are basically just him disk scratching and looking cool B)

Dribble

• A little floppy eared bunny rabbit :D
• Music style is rap, I was kind of thinking in the style of Love Rap from the Rhythm Heaven games! Vocals just sound like "yeah, yeah", "c'mon, uh", "uh-huh", and maybe some muffled vocals like Pico has.
• Singing animations are her dribbling the ball in various ways, but her still animation is spinning the ball.

Gar

• Cougar!
• Music style is punk rock... yeah! And his vocals would sound like an electric guitar.
• Singing animations would look like attacks. I actually meant to draw a knife in one of his hands, oops!

Otto

• Possibly a wolf, hyena, some kind of canine.
• Music style is ska!!! I love ska. I haven't thought of what the vocals would sound like yet.
• Singing animations would be him being a smug asshole doing cool dude poses :]

Yeah! That's what I have so far :D If anyone who sees this knows how to program/compose music and wants to like, collaborate or something to make a FNF mod, I would be so down for that challenge! Otherwise I might just animate them and leave it at that.

Sublo & Tangy Mustard

Not FNF, but some Sublo & Tangy Mustard. I watched the whole series for the first time last week and it's sooooo cute I wanted to make some fanart for them! I'll probably rework / finish this sometime this week, assuming I don't get distracted.

That's all I will share for now. I'm also working on a couple of short animations, I might make a separate post for those because they are very rough at the moment. I'm thinking of posting a lil blog post like this every now and then because idk... I like sharing my work process lmao.

The absolute flow of of ideas I've had since joining NG has been unreal. Every day I add more and more things to my "drawing ideas" list. It's hard to explain, but I feel like all of my inhibitions about creating stuff just dissolved into thin air. Like, I feel like I can just make whatever I want! I dunno. Can't wait to keep making stuff though :D I love sharing it here the most!

After working so hard for the past 4 years on personal art projects & original characters, I feel I need to stand back from that for a while and make some fan art!

I have always struggled to fit into the art community and individual fandoms because I have trouble talking to people, so maybe creating fan art can connect me to people in the community! I have lots of ideas for illustrations, comics, short & long animations, and character work. I already know that most of them will not come to fruition, but I am hopeful that my own drive to create & any community support I get will help me make it happen!

I have... a lot going on in my life right now and I have been working my tail off to make any kind of money, but when I get to sit down in the evening to draw, everything feels alright. I am dedicated, so let's make this happen!
